Frank Heath, the Director of Operations at Freedom House, is a dynamic and charismatic problem-solver who thrives on taking on new challenges. His enthusiasm for tackling diverse roles has  allowed him to contribute significantly to various aspects of Freedom House, including Business  Development, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Human Resources.

Joining Freedom House Sober Living at its inception in 2010, Frank started his journey in  maintenance. His passion for the mission and programs of Freedom House propelled him through  numerous positions, ultimately advancing to his current role as Director of Operations. In this  capacity, he oversees the daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across the board.

Frank is also instrumental in forging and nurturing partnerships within the Las Vegas community. He collaborates closely with the Nevada Department of Corrections to arrange appropriate client placements and funding. Additionally, Frank engages with several casino foundations to secure  much-needed supplies and food items.

Frank’s unwavering commitment and extensive experience make him a cornerstone of Freedom
House, contributing to the organization’s ongoing success and its strong community ties.
